In March, the troop went camping at Stone Mountain, N.C. Widow's Fall is not a big water falls, but it was photogenic that day.

The highlight of the trip was eating lunch on a side of the mountain. You could watch birds soar below you and feel you were on top of the world. The mountain face was also the perfect spot to roll lunch items from like cookies and pretzel wheels.

At the base of the mountain the face looks smooth, but it's not. There are lots of ruts from streams and the water has dug some fairly deep holes over the years.

Just before we left the park we took a group shot. Here are all the campers, except the photographer.
